We do however, recognize that there may be times when refunds may occur. In such cases, we will offer refunds. 3D Graphics Central offers a risk-free 30-day money back gurantee on most of its products. Nevertheless, there will need to be a good reason for asking for a refund since the goods we provide are intangible. Furthermore, apart from being able to view graphics in our gallery, we also offer samples of our graphics where applicable, so that customers can test them in their applications to ensure compatability and quality before purchase. We however do not give refunds for Subscriptions fees. Membership fees are non-refundable. You would simply have to cancel your subscription and then you are not further billed.
However, we realize that exceptional circumstances may arise with regard to the nature of the products we supply.
Therefore, we DO honor requests for refunds for the following reasons:
* Some bundled or promotional items within 30 days of the date of purchase.
* Non-delivery of the product: if you do not receive a delivery e-mail from us or you can't download the product from our website within a week of purchase.
*If the product is determined to be defective in some way on delivery after purchase.
In the above cases, we recommend contacting us for assistance before making a claim. Customers with claims for non-delivery must contact our support center within 7 days from the purchase date. Otherwise the product will be considered received and downloaded.
Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on incompatibility of our products with some third-party software (plug-ins, add-ons, modules, search engines, scripts, extensions etc) other than those which are specified as compatible in a description available on the preview page of each product. We don't guarantee that our products are fully compatible with any third-party programs and we do not provide support for third-party applications.
